Our Mission
Early intervention is so important for developmental and behavioral concerns with children. When left unaddressed, issues grow and self esteem declines. We know that multimodal treatment is so important as well as a thorough evaluation.
Our goal at Integrated Care of Hickory, is to coordinate care with the primary care provider and medical home, complete a comprehensive evaluation and design a comprehensive treatment plan. and return the child to the care of their medical home to consult as needs change.
With a specialty focus on developmental and behavioral concerns, we work hard to provide patients with the needed resources to address their needs in an integrative care model that partners with primary care and ensures a holistic approach to care.
As a mom, I had children who struggled to find the resources needed. So, I understand the concerns from both a clinical level and from the parent's perspective. I have worked in pediatrics for over 35 years in a variety of roles. This helps me approach care needs more holistically. mental health child mental health
